Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at jessyrita1765@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Some items are non-returnable, including customized or personalized products, personal care items, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous or flammable goods.

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as confirmed with you.
